On December 9, from 2:30 to 5:30 West Bloomfield High School is hosting a basketball tournament to raise money for the school’s Special Needs program.

This tournament not only benefits the Special Needs program at the school, but the students involved as well. The students who choose to play will receive extra credit in certain classes. The tournament is a fundraiser, but it should not just be viewed as such. Events like these bring the school together, create a stronger student body and community, and allow us to see what true camaraderie looks like.
