WB Weekly Wrap-Up 3/2
A summary of the events that occurred throughout the week of 3/2-3/6.
THE NERVES KICK IN!
On Monday, the most stressful week of high school began. They finished up studying for the American College Testing exam, or the ACT. While the Juniors were anxious, the other grades were in bliss! Freshmen, sophomores, and seniors all got the day off while the test was being taken. School was let out at 12:00, and the Juniors all had a shoveling party in the parking lot. The next day, the juniors came in once again to take the Michigan Merit Exam (MME). All the other students came in at 11:15 a.m. to have a shortened day including only first, third, and seventh hours. No lunch was served, and many people were even able to go out to lunch beforehand.
THE CALM AFTER THE STORM
Throughout the rest of the week, the schedule leveled out into regular patterns. Even and odd days continued, and the week finished with the last basketball game for our Laker basketball team.
