Baseball is America’s pastime. Baseball is not just a sport, is a way for young men in high school to make friends and memories while playing the sport they love. These young men have passion for the game that cannot be felt by everybody. This year on the varsity team there are seven seniors graduating from West Bloomfield High School, half of the entire team. These departing seniors include Jack Berkey, Brendan Bilkovic, Spencer Comps, Skylar Jeppesen, Alex Kaufman, Cameron Maybodi, and Robbie Reid. Whether they have played all four years, or even just a couple, the experiences they have had while participating in high school baseball are unforgettable. Brendan Bilkovic has been fortunate enough to receive a scholarship to Wayne State University. Baseball is a wonderful sport, and these young men who will be moving on to a new chapter of their life will never forget the baseball days of high school at West Bloomfield High School. Congratulations, boys, and go get em’ at college!
