Activist Week at West Bloomfield High School is a time for highlighting different causes. It is comprised of a spirit week in which students and staff dress up, in addition to different daily donations that students and staff can donate to.

Yesterday consisted of a Superhero dress-up day and donating to multiple charities that NHS decided.

Today is Twin Day and cans can be donated.

Wednesday is Blue-Out Day and there will be different activities involving autism awareness.

Thursday is Red-Out Day and this is the day that everyone can come and donate blood.

Finally, Friday is Neon Day and you can bring old shoes to donate to Soles for Souls.

The students in Leadership will end the week by helping hands-on in Detroit via Project 541. The fieldtrip is created entirely by students, serving as another opportunity for them to become familiar with charities and projects in the community.
